Privacy policy
We use the minimum personal data needed to chase business invoices and run our company. We do not sell data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not let AI providers train on your data.

Whose data we handle

What we never do
- Sell or rent personal data.
- Use advertising or behavioural tracking tools on our website.
- Allow AI providers to train their models on client or customer data.
- Contact consumers about debts.
Where prospect data comes from
Business contact details of prospects come from public company sources and business contact databases such as Apollo, which provide business information for B2B outreach. Every email we send tells you how to stop hearing from us, and we keep a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
Who we share data with
Only with service providers that help us run Presrina, under written terms that protect the data. They are listed on our subprocessors page. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Presrina is based in India and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Client customer data: for as long as we provide the service, then deleted within 30 days, or sooner on request.
- Prospect data: until you opt out, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. Opt-outs are kept on a suppression list so we can honour them.
- Our own invoices and accounting records: as long as Indian law requires (currently up to 8 years).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data, and to complain to a regulator. See your privacy rights for how to make a request. We reply within 30 days.
Security
We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, separation between client accounts and audit records. See our security page. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Children
Presrina is a business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process children’s data.
Changes
We will post any update here with a new date, and email active clients about material changes.
