Data Processing Addendum
When we chase invoices for you, you control your customers’ data and we process it only on your instructions. These terms form part of our terms of service.
Roles
You are the controller (or data fiduciary) of your customers’ personal data. Presrina is your processor and handles it only to provide the service.
Our commitments
- Process the data only on your documented instructions, including these terms.
- Make sure everyone who handles it is bound by confidentiality.
- Protect it with appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
- Use only the subprocessors listed on our subprocessors page, under written terms at least as protective as these, and give you 14 days’ notice of any new subprocessor so you can object.
- Help you respond to requests from individuals and regulators.
- Tell you without undue delay, and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware, of a personal data breach affecting your data.
- Delete or return the data when the service ends, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Give you the information needed to show these commitments are met.
International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
